Refunds

The short version: if AskDrills isn't worth it to you, you get your money back. You don't have to explain why.

Individual plan ($59/year)

• First purchase: full refund if you ask within 30 days of paying.
• Paid before the full library is live? Your 30 days start the day it launches, not the day you paid. If we decide not to launch, everyone gets 100% of their money back.
• Renewals: your plan renews once a year. We'll email you at least 7 days before it renews. If it renews and you didn't want it, ask within 30 days of the renewal charge for a full refund.
• Cancel any time: email us and your plan won't renew. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for.

Team pilot ($299, 10 seats)

• If the pilot isn't useful for your team, ask within 30 days of your team getting access and we'll refund the full $299.
• If we don't deliver the pilot as described, you get a full refund, with no time limit.
• The pilot is a one-time payment. It doesn't renew.

How to ask

Email refunds@askdrills.com from the address you paid with, or include your receipt. One line is enough. We issue the refund through Stripe to the card you paid with within 2 business days. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

Outside these windows? Write to us anyway. We read every request.
